Large Quantity
If purchasing a full container is your main consideration consult us how we can negotiate on prices, especially on quantity purchasing. All prices are excluding shipping cost with the minimum order as below term, shipping cost will be billed later, and we will inform by email.
Minimum
Minimum purchasing per style are 10 items and minimum total purchase of 30,000 baht, if your order lower than these terms please contact us for supply availability. Our prices are excluding shipping cost.
Shipping
Shipping cost will be invoiced when the production is finished / prior shipping, if you would like to have your usual shipping company in Bangkok to ship the merchandise please forward the contact info to us then we will deliver the goods to the shipping agent after we received complete payment.
Production
All items are handmade, lead time of production may very depend on the quantity, but it average range is 3-9 weeks. When we finished the production earlier we will inform you.
Receipt of Goods
Complaints concerning defects or non-compliance of goods delivered with those or with the dispatch note must be made within seven days following receipt of goods.
Samples
Sample available on request though the sample prices will be higher than the price listed in this web catalogue. Sample can be ship thru courier service ( EMS, FEDEX ) as per your requirement.
Deposit Payments
Deposit payments / initial payments is minimum 60 % of the total items ordered, if your order is below 40,000 baht (exclude shipping cost) we request full payment in advanced. We prefer Bank Transfer to our bank in Bangkok or T/T (telegraphic transfer) like money gram or western union.
